"Ridge" is the pick male out of the Rake/Finesse litter.  He is co-owned with Pat Skavlen.  I love his plush head and beautiful angles.  He has substance and bone yet is standard size.  He has a delightful temperament and loves to do any new adventure.  We are gonna have fun with this delightful boy!

 

4/8-4/10/2022 - Ridge goes to his first show at Terry All Kennel Club - he goes Best of Winners all 3 days!!!  Not sure I have ever had this happen with a 7 month old puppy!  He walked away with 2 points on Friday and Sunday and a 3 point major on Saturday!  So excited about his future!! He now has 7 points with a major from his first show.

6/3/2022 - Ridge goes WD under j. Teddy McDowell for a point.

6/6/2022 - Ridge wins the 9-12 month puppy class at the National!!

8/19/2022 - Ridge goes Best Of Winners for a 4 point major under. J. Deborah Verdon at the ISCC specialties.

8/20/2022 - Ridge goes Best of Winners and goes on to win the breed over 12 specials for a 5 point major to finish his championship!!!  He literally was shown in 3 different shows.

Now Ridge will "grow up" - he is in training for the field and for agility.  He will debut in the show ring as a special in a "couple of years" when he is ready.

2025 - Ridge qualified for the top 20 for 2024 - he was #15.  Really pleased with this as he was shown very limited due to my work schedule.

5/15/2025 - Ridge's son “Crush” goes Winners Dog at the 2025 Irish Setter National in Virginia Beach at 8 months old!!!!  Such an amazing win!

5/17/2025 - Ridge gets an award of merit at the Irish Setter National in Virginia Beach, VA!  He showed really well for me and we are trhilled with the AOM!
